  2. Use 10-20 grams (1-2 tsp) of cacao per cup.

  3. Whisk until the cacao is fully dissolved.

  4. Set your intention: Take a moment to ground yourself and connect with your cacao.

  5. Savor the moment: Sip slowly and enjoy every flavor, every sensation.
